Recognizes the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Lincoln Place neighborhood in Granite City, Illinois in 1916.

Acknowledges that the area originally called "Hungary Hollow" was renamed Lincoln Place by community leaders in 1916 to honor Abraham Lincoln and represent immigrants' aspirations for success.

Honors the neighborhood's history as a center for the graniteware industry that attracted immigrants from around the world during the early 1900s.

Recognizes the Lincoln Place Heritage Association's mission to preserve the history and cultural heritage of the historic Lincoln Place neighborhood.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Lincoln Place Heritage Association President Norma Asadorian.
