Commends Patty Ryan, an alumna of Saint Ignatius College Prep, for her dedication and significant achievements in athletics and community service.

Recognizes Ryan's volleyball accomplishments including Saint Ignatius Team MVP (1994), All-Division and All-Conference selections (1991-1994), Chicago Sun Times and Chicago Tribune All-Area Team selections (1994), and induction into the Girls Catholic Athletic Conference Hall of Fame (2011-2012).

Acknowledges Ryan's full-ride volleyball scholarship to Loyola University Chicago, where she was named Player of the Year in her athletic conference during her senior year.

Honors Ryan's 16 years as Saint Ignatius Varsity assistant volleyball coach, during which she led the team to 10 IHSA Regional Championships, three IHSA Sectional Championships, five IHSA Sweet Sixteen appearances, and one Girls Athletic Conference Championship.

Celebrates Ryan's recent induction into the Saint Ignatius Hall of Fame and her embodiment of the school's Jesuit values of faith, service, and leadership both as a student-athlete and as a coach.
