Congratulates Rory L. Washburn on his induction into the East Central Iowa - Northwestern Illinois AFL-CIO Hall of Fame.

Recognizes Washburn's 37-year union career beginning with the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators Local 81 in 1982, achieving Journeyman status in 1986.

Acknowledges his service as Executive Board member of Local 81 (1988-1994), Business Manager of Local 81 (1995-2002), and Executive Director of the Tri-City Building and Construction Trades Council (2002-present).

Notes his involvement with the Illowa Labor Management Council, Illinois Prevailing Wage Council, and numerous civic and economic development organizations across Illinois and Iowa.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to Washburn as a symbol of esteem and respect.
