Acknowledges his 42-year membership in Teamsters Local 731, where he served 18 years as Vice President/Business Agent and held trustee positions for health, welfare, and pension funds

Notes his extensive community involvement including service as Trustee of the Village of Lynwood, President of Southland Friends of Labor, Commissioner of Lincoln Lansing Drainage District, and past Lions Club President

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Dunlap's family, including his wife Cheryl, three adult children, five grandchildren, and four siblings
