Honors Tommie Echols Boykin, who passed away on November 7, 2016, at age 85.

Tommie was born February 24, 1931 in Memphis, Tennessee to parents Clifton and Victoria Echols and attended Larose Elementary School, Booker T. Washington High School, and LeMoyne Owen College.

Served as President of the National Association of Government Employees #R5-66 after her husband's death in 1974, and worked as an Auxiliary Probation Officer for Girls with the City of Memphis and as a Sales Associate at MCI.

Was a member of Castalia Baptist Church and is survived by her aunt, sister, five children, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
