Recognizes the retirement of Master Sergeant Scott Isaacs from the Illinois State Police, effective December 31, 2016, after 27 years of service.

Isaacs began his career on December 4, 1989 at the Illinois State Police Academy and worked in District 19 in Carmi for nearly 21 years before transferring to District 13 in Du Quoin in 2011.

Served in various roles including Field Training Officer, Crisis Negotiator, Platoon Supervisor, and Special Enforcement Team Supervisor, as well as supervising the Street Machine National Car Show and Du Quoin State Fair.

Commends Master Sergeant Isaacs for his excellent service to the State of Illinois and wishes him a long and happy retirement.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to Master Sergeant Isaacs as an expression of esteem and respect.
