Congratulates Mary Frances "Mickey" Scoville on her retirement from the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office after 33 years of service.

Scoville began working for the office on August 1, 1983 under State's Attorney John Baricevic and served under subsequent State's Attorneys Robert Haida (1990-2010) and Brendan Kelly (2010-2016).

Recognizes Scoville's contributions assisting prosecutors, police officers, crime victims, witnesses, and the public throughout her 33-year tenure.

Notes Scoville's character traits of kindness, patience, and work ethic that made her instrumental to the office's operations for over 30 years.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Scoville as an expression of the House's esteem and respect.
