Governor's Office of Management and Budget must post the Governor's submitted State budget on its official website within one week of submission.

All statewide prioritized budget outcomes must be further defined into sub-outcomes, and the commission's report on outcomes and goals must be posted on the Governor's Office of Management and Budget's website by January 1 following the November 1 submission date.

Working group created to develop a plan for making Illinois's budgeting process the most transparent and publicly-accessible must report findings to the Governor, General Assembly, and commission by January 1, 2016 (changed from January 1, 2015).

Repeal date for the working group extended from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017.
