• Mandates that departments account for mandated increases in the State minimum wage rate and any increased payroll taxes when recalculating rate and reimbursement methodologies.

• Requires departments to fully fund all recalculated rate and reimbursement methodologies.

• Applies rate recalculation requirements across the Illinois Act on the Aging, Children and Family Services Act, Department of Human Services Act, Illinois Public Aid Code, and Community Services Act.
