Amends the Early Intervention Services System Act by making a technical change to Section 20 concerning the Early Intervention Services Revolving Fund.

Removes redundant language by changing "the the" to "the" in the section describing the creation of the Early Intervention Services Revolving Fund.

Fund is held by the lead agency and used to pay for early intervention services as determined necessary by the lead agency.

Fund sources include family fees, insurance company payments, federal financial participation, and state appropriations for early intervention services.

Unused funds may be invested in certificates of deposit or other interest-bearing accounts, with any interest earned deposited back into the Revolving Fund.
