Amends the Right to Privacy in the Workplace Act by making a technical correction to Section 10 regarding prohibited inquiries.

Prohibits employers from inquiring whether prospective employees or their previous employers have filed workers' compensation claims or received benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act or Workers' Occupational Diseases Act.

Prevents employers from requesting passwords or account information to access employees' or prospective employees' personal social networking accounts.

Allows employers to maintain workplace policies governing electronic equipment use, monitor employer-owned equipment, and obtain publicly available information about prospective employees or applicants.

Permits employers to request access to professional accounts (used for business purposes) to comply with insurance laws, federal law, or self-regulatory organization requirements.
