• Creates a new special instant scratch-off lottery game titled "The End of Alzheimer's Begins With Me" to commence January 1, 2017 or as soon thereafter as practicable.

• Defines "net revenue" as total ticket sales minus prize payouts and actual administrative expenses of the Department solely related to this game.

• Requires the Department to not unreasonably diminish marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off games while this special game is being sold.
