Amends the Aircraft Use Tax Law (35 ILCS 157/10-30) to make a technical change regarding the determination of selling price.

Authorizes the Department to furnish specific aircraft information to contracted service providers for validating reported selling prices on tax returns.

Allows sharing of aircraft identification numbers, year, make, model, purchase date, and hours of operation with Department contractors.

Makes a grammatical correction by removing a duplicate word in the statute's opening language.
