Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act to modify the definition of "dental responder" (formerly "dental emergency responder") to require certification in disaster preparedness, immunizations, and dental humanitarian medical response consistent with the Society of Disaster Medicine and Public Health or training certified by the National Incident Management System or National Disaster Life Support Foundation.

Removes the reference to the Department of Public Health's definition and establishes specific national certification standards for dental responders instead.

Updates Section 54.2 to clarify that dentists and dental hygienists acting as dental responders are within the bounds of their license when providing disaster, immunizations, mobile, and humanitarian care during declared local, state, or national emergencies.

Expands the scope of authorized emergency dental services to explicitly include immunizations and mobile care in addition to humanitarian care.
