Requires lobbyists to disclose any business relationships they have with state officials in their registration reports.

Mandates disclosure of familial relationships with state officials that are known to the registrant, including spouses, children, parents, siblings, in-laws, step-relations, half-siblings, and first cousins.

Applies these new disclosure requirements to all persons required to register under the Lobbyist Registration Act (25 ILCS 170).

Amends Section 6 of the Lobbyist Registration Act to add subsections (b-4) and (b-5) establishing the business and familial relationship disclosure provisions.
