Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act to require disclosure of immediate family members who are registered lobbyists in statements of economic interests.

Defines "immediate family member" to include spouse, parent, child, stepchild, adopted child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, and grandchild.

Adds a new item (6) to Section 4A-102(a) requiring all persons who must file economic interest statements to list any immediate family member who is a registered lobbyist.

Updates the statement of economic interests form in Sections 4A-103 and 4A-104 to include item 9 requiring filers to list the name of any immediate family member who is a registered lobbyist.
