Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act Section 3-203 to require legislators to notify their chamber members when taking official action despite a conflict of interest.

Legislators must file a written notice describing the conflict with the Secretary of the Senate or Clerk of the House of Representatives.

The Secretary or Clerk must forward a copy of the conflict notification to the Legislative Information System for posting on the General Assembly's website alongside the applicable matter.

Maintains the existing requirement that legislators serve the public interest rather than private interests when acting despite conflicts.
