Establishes the Career and Workforce Transition Act to facilitate credit transfers from accredited vocational institutions to public community colleges in Illinois.

Allows community college districts to accept up to 30 credit hours from approved institutions for students completing programs in Medical Assisting, Medical Coding, Dental Assisting, HVAC, Welding, or Pharmacy Technician (minimum 9-month programs using credit-hour system).

Requires the Illinois Community College Board to approve institutions meeting conditions including submission of proper documentation, successful completion of a full accreditation term without probation or denial, and verified good standing.

Prohibits credit transfers from institutions under accreditation review, denied accreditation, or that have withdrawn accreditation applications.

Authorizes the Illinois Community College Board to adopt rules necessary to implement the Act.
