Exempts out-of-state licensed health care professionals (physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and acupuncturists) from Illinois licensure requirements when providing services to professional or amateur athletic teams visiting Illinois.

Requires the health care professional to have an agreement with the athletic team to provide care to team members, coaching staff, and families traveling with the team for a specific sporting event in Illinois.

Limits the exemption to 10 days per sporting event, with the Secretary of Professional Regulation authorized to grant up to 20 additional days upon written request, not to exceed 30 days total per event.

Prohibits exempt health care professionals from providing care to Illinois residents outside the athletic team context, except in emergency situations covered by the Good Samaritan Act.

Prohibits exempt health care professionals from practicing at health care clinics or facilities, including acute care hospitals.
