Requires county clerks to cancel voter registrations within one week (instead of one month) of receiving notice of death.

Mandates county clerks compare registered voter lists with the Social Security Administration's master death file at least monthly and immediately cancel registrations of deceased voters identified.

Modifies the electronic death reporting system to transfer information to county clerks at least weekly for voter registration updates.
