Amends Section 1530 of the Illinois Insurance Code regarding public adjuster licensing examinations

Reduces the mandatory waiting period for applicants who fail their first examination attempt from 90 days to 7 days before rescheduling

Establishes a 30-day mandatory waiting period for applicants who fail their second or subsequent examination attempts before rescheduling

Maintains all other examination requirements including knowledge testing on public adjuster duties, responsibilities, and Illinois insurance laws and regulations
