Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to require group and individual accident and health insurance policies to cover medically necessary preventative physical therapy for insureds diagnosed with multiple sclerosis without any treatment limitation or calendar year maximum.

Defines "preventative physical therapy" as therapy prescribed by a licensed physician to treat body parts affected by multiple sclerosis with reasonably defined goals, including sustaining achieved function levels, with periodic evaluation of efficacy.

Limits cost-sharing requirements for covered physical therapy to only deductibles and coinsurance, removing requirements for waiting periods, treatment limitations, calendar year maximums, or other limitations that apply to other physical or rehabilitative therapy benefits.

Applies to group or individual policies of accident and health insurance or managed care plans amended, delivered, issued, or renewed after the bill's effective date.
