Amends the Minimum Wage Law by making a technical change to Section 7 concerning the Director of Labor's authority.

Corrects pronoun usage in subsection (c) by changing "his" to "his or her" when referring to the Director's authorized representative issuing subpoenas.

Maintains the Director's authority to investigate wages, hours, and employment conditions, require employer statements and reports, and compel witness testimony through subpoena.

Allows the court to enforce subpoena compliance through contempt proceedings if witnesses refuse to produce evidence or testify.
