• Adds home repair fraud (Section 3 of the Home Repair Fraud Act) and aggravated home repair fraud (Section 5 of the Home Repair Fraud Act) to the list of offenses that trigger vehicle seizure provisions.

• Maintains existing forfeiture procedures and protections, including provisions allowing spouses to retain vehicles when seizure creates substantial financial hardship and the vehicle is the family's only transportation.

• Applies to property used in the commission or attempted commission of the specified offenses when the owner had knowledge and consent of such use.
