Electric utilities must offer delivery services, power purchase options, and real-time pricing as tariffed services.

Residential and small commercial customers may return to bundled utility service upon payment of a reasonable administrative fee.

Utilities may impose a condition preventing customers from electing delivery services for up to 12 months after returning to bundled service if the customer has not elected delivery within 2 billing cycles.

Utilities may prevent customers from returning to the same alternative retail electric supplier within 2 billing cycles of switching back to bundled service, except in cases of error, inadvertent switches, or unintended operational consequences.
