Amends the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act to modify continuing education verification requirements by removing the requirement that the Department establish "means for verification" of completion.

Allows the Department to contract with the Illinois Psychological Association to audit compliance with continuing education requirements, approve courses, and verify that licensees complete required education.

Maintains the Department's authority to waive continuing education requirements by rule under specified circumstances.

Applies to clinical psychologist license renewal during the 90-day period before expiration upon payment of renewal fees and demonstration of continuing education compliance.
