Maintains existing fee structure: $10 search fee for birth, death, and fetal death records; $5 additional fee for certified copies; $2 surcharge for death certificates deposited into the Death Certificate Surcharge Fund.

Requires local registrars and county clerks to charge an additional $2 fee for each certified death certificate copy, transmitted monthly to the State Registrar for the Cemetery Oversight Licensing and Disciplinary Fund.

Genealogical searches allowed for births 75+ years old and deaths 20+ years old; requests must be stamped "FOR GENEALOGICAL PURPOSES ONLY."

Preserves exemptions from fees for veterans organizations, federal agencies requiring national statistics, and organizations chartered by Congress requesting death verification.
