IL SB1835

Allows licensed motor vehicle dealers to sell vehicles for up to 2 hours on Sundays, instead of being completely prohibited from Sunday sales.

Removes the previous restriction stating that off-site sale permits do not authorize vehicle sales on Sundays, allowing dealers with permits to conduct Sunday sales within the 2-hour limit.

Applies the 2-hour Sunday sales window to both established/additional places of business and off-site sales conducted by licensed dealers.

Makes conforming changes to the Illinois Vehicle Code sections governing dealer definitions, off-site sale permits, and Sunday operating restrictions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
