• Appropriates $6,524,400 from General Revenue Fund to Governors State University for ordinary and contingent expenses.

• Appropriates $90,618,300 from General Revenue Fund to Illinois Community College Board for base operating and equalization grants to public community colleges and City Colleges of Chicago.

• Appropriates $4,277,500 from General Revenue Fund to Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for ordinary and contingent expenses.

• Appropriates $46,000,000 from General Revenue Fund to Illinois Student Assistance Commission for Monetary Award Program grant awards to eligible students and agency administrative costs not to exceed 2 percent.

• Provides appropriations to six public universities (Northeastern Illinois, Southern Illinois, University of Illinois, Eastern Illinois, Illinois State, Northern Illinois, and Western Illinois) totaling approximately $295.7 million from General Revenue Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses, plus $13.6 million for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs.
