Requires law enforcement agencies to conduct annual inventories of sexual assault cases in their custody and report findings to the State's Attorney's Office to ensure cases are submitted for analysis.

Mandates the Department of State Police publish quarterly reports on its website beginning January 1, 2017, showing the number of sexual assault case submissions from every law enforcement agency.
