IL SB2286

Adds hotels and motels to the list of establishments required to post human trafficking resource center notices in a conspicuous location visible to employees.

Requires hotel and motel owners to post notices in conspicuous and accessible places where similar notices are customarily posted.

Expands the Department of Human Services' responsibility to furnish free copies of the model notice to hotels and motels upon request.

Maintains the 6-month deadline for the Department of Human Services to develop or adopt a model notice that complies with existing requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
