Disregards the first $100 of monthly child support collected on behalf of a family with one child, passed through to the family without reducing the assistance grant.

Disregards the first $200 of monthly child support collected on behalf of a family with 2 or more children, passed through to the family without reducing the assistance grant.

Child support amounts that are disregarded in determining assistance grant amounts are also disregarded when determining eligibility for cash assistance.

Maintains existing income disregard provisions including three-fourths of earned income disregard and asset value disregard for eligible households.

Takes effect January 1, 2017.
