IL SB2433

Extends the sunset date for the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act from January 1, 2017 to January 1, 2027 by moving it from Section 4.27 to a new Section 4.37 of the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Requires applicants and licensees to notify the Department of any address change within 14 days through the Department's website or licensure maintenance unit.

Modifies organizational requirements to allow business organizations, professional limited liability companies, and corporate entities to provide clinical psychological services if all members, shareholders, officers, and employees rendering such services hold valid licenses.

Restructures the Clinical Psychologists Licensing and Disciplinary Board to include 11 members: 4 licensed clinical psychologists in practice, 2 prescribing psychologists, 2 physicians (one psychiatrist and one primary care/family physician), 2 full-time faculty clinical psychologists, and one public member.

Updates disciplinary procedures and hearing requirements, allowing the Department to appoint hearing officers and establishing timeframes for Board reports, motions for rehearing, and Secretary review of disciplinary recommendations.
