Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to remove the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act from the list of acts repealing on January 1, 2017

Adds the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act to the list of acts repealing on January 1, 2027, extending its sunset date by 10 years

Changes Section 4.37 language from "Act is" to "Acts are" to reflect the addition of a second act subject to the 2027 repeal date

The Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act remains scheduled for repeal on January 1, 2027
