Adds law enforcement training as a new exception to the Freedom from Drone Surveillance Act, permitting drones to be used solely for training purposes conducted in geographically confined and time-limited manner to safeguard privacy.

Requires lawful consent to use drones on private property for training, but allows use on state and political subdivision lands, highways, and roadways without a search warrant or consent.

Requires law enforcement agencies operating drones for training to make every reasonable attempt to photograph only the training activity and avoid other areas or individuals.

Permits supervisors at law enforcement agencies to retain and disclose drone training information to other government agencies, with same retention requirements as other drone uses (30-day destruction deadline unless evidence of criminal activity or ongoing investigation exists).

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
