SB2890 Summary

• Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code Section 14-11 to extend certain Medicaid hospital payments authorized under 89 Illinois Administrative Code 148.299(b)(1)(A) that were initially paid in State fiscal year 2015.

• Provides that these Medicaid Facilitation and Utilization payments shall remain in effect as long as the annual assessment on inpatient services imposed under Section 5A-2 of the Illinois Public Aid Code remains in effect.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
