IL SB2910

Amends the Illinois Noxious Weed Law to update terminology, changing references from "College of Agriculture" to "College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences" at the University of Illinois.

Updates gender-neutral language by changing "his" to "or her" when referring to the Director of the Department of Agriculture.

Adds enforcement provision allowing the Director to issue a Notice of Noncompliance to Control Authorities that fail to carry out their duties or follow Department rules regarding noxious weed control.

Maintains existing authority of the Director, Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, and Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station to determine noxious weeds and compile official lists for publication.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
