Amends Section 33-15 of the Illinois Procurement Code regarding public notice requirements for construction management services projects proposed for State agencies.

Changes the notice publication requirement from "a request for proposals" to "the Board's procurement bulletin," which must be available electronically and may be available in print.

Removes the requirement that requests for proposals be mailed to each prequalified firm under Section 33-10.

Requires the procurement bulletin to include a project description and state the time and place for interested firms to submit a letter of interest and statement of qualifications.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
