Extends the repeal date of Section 9.02a of the Capital Development Board Act from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2020, which allows the Board to charge contract administration fees not exceeding 3% of contract amounts.

Extends the repeal date of Section 5.857 of the State Finance Act from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2020, relating to the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund.

Extends the repeal date of Section 6z-100 of the State Finance Act from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2020, which governs the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund and permits fees to be used for Board operational expenses.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
