Amends the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987 to clarify the definition of "amputations" within podiatric medicine scope of practice

Defines "amputations" as amputations of the human foot, in whole or in part, limited to 10 centimeters proximal to the tibial talar articulation

Removes language restricting amputation limitations from the general definition of podiatric medicine and relocates it to a separate definition section

Maintains that podiatric medicine includes provision of topical and local anesthesia and moderate and deep sedation as defined by Department rule
