Requires courts to order restitution for Official Advanced Funds (OAF) expended by law enforcement when convicting defendants under the Cannabis Control Act, Illinois Controlled Substances Act, and Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act.

Restitution for OAF includes all United States currency used in undercover operations and investigations leading to arrest and conviction, not just funds used in the charged offense.

Restitution amount cannot exceed actual OAF expended minus any OAF recovered, and shall be awarded only to the law enforcement agency or task force responsible for the expenditure.

Restitution for OAF can be submitted via affidavit and applies to both agreed and contested sentences; defendant's bond may be used to satisfy the restitution obligation.

Maintains existing restitution provisions for other criminal offenses, including victim injuries, property damage, medical and mental health care costs, and domestic violence shelter expenses.
