• Amends the Illinois Pension Code Section 22-803 to expand the requirement that pension funds and retirement systems cooperate with the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability to explicitly include officers, employees, and agents of those entities.

• Establishes a 10 business day deadline for responding to information requests from the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability.

• Permits the Commission to agree to provide additional time beyond the 10 business day response deadline when necessary.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
