Amends the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Act, specifically Section 60 concerning law enforcement at transportation facilities.

Defines "traffic and motor vehicle laws" to include the Illinois Vehicle Code and the Criminal Code of 2012 for purposes of law enforcement authority and jurisdiction.

Clarifies that state and local law enforcement officers retain the same powers and jurisdiction within public-private partnership transportation facilities as they have in their respective areas of jurisdiction.

Establishes that traffic and motor vehicle laws, as well as punishments for infractions and offenses, applied to the transportation facility shall be the same as those applying to similar projects in Illinois or the applicable local jurisdiction.
