Amends the Illinois Exotic Weed Act (525 ILCS 10/3) to establish a reporting requirement for the Director of Natural Resources.

Director of Natural Resources must report to the Governor and General Assembly as needed regarding changes to the designated exotic weeds list.

Reports shall address both removal of plants determined by rule not to be exotic weeds and addition of new exotic weeds to the list.

Maintains existing designated exotic weeds including Japanese honeysuckle, multiflora rose, purple loosestrife, buckthorn species, kudzu, knotweed species, and others.

Allows the Director to exempt specific varieties of listed species through rulemaking if research demonstrates they are not exotic weeds.
