IL SB3265

Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code (515 ILCS 5/1-170) concerning prosecutions by State's Attorneys.

Requires all State's Attorneys to enforce provisions of the Fish and Aquatic Life Code and administrative rules adopted under Section 1-125 in their respective counties.

Obligates State's Attorneys to prosecute all persons charged with violating the Code's provisions when requested by the Department of Natural Resources.

Establishes that all prosecutions must be brought in the name of the People of the State of Illinois before the Circuit Court for the county where the offense occurred.
