Amends Illinois Vehicle Code Section 6-115 to change the age threshold for shortened driver's license renewal periods from 81 years old to 90 years old and older.

Driver's licenses issued to persons 90 years of age or older expire 12 months from the date of issuance, or at a later date designated by the Secretary of State not to exceed an additional 12 calendar months.

Removes previous provisions requiring separate 2-year renewal periods for drivers ages 81-86 and consolidates all drivers 90 and older into the 12-month renewal category.

Effective upon passage, allowing the Secretary of State to implement the new age threshold for original and renewal driver's licenses.
