Designates Interstate 72, Exit 122 overpass as the "Trooper Brian McMillen Memorial Overpass" to honor the Illinois State Trooper who died in a traffic crash on October 28, 2007, while responding to a request for assistance in Sangamon County.

Trooper McMillen grew up in Pana, served in the Illinois Air National Guard since 2000 as a Tech Sergeant with the 183rd Security Forces Squadron, completed three overseas deployments (Saudi Arabia in 2002, Romania in 2003, Italy in 2005), and earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Illinois-Springfield in 2005.

Graduated from Illinois State Police Cadet Class #113 on February 2, 2007, serving as class president.

Illinois Department of Transportation is requested to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations identifying the overpass as the "Trooper Brian McMillen Memorial Overpass."

Lincoln Land Community College Veterans Club hosts an annual Memorial Run/Walk in May to fund the Brian McMillen Veterans Scholarship, which provides financial support to veterans attending the college.
