Recognizes the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB) for 100 years of service to Illinois farmers since its formation in 1916 at the University of Illinois.

Notes that IFB represents 2 out of every 3 Illinois farmers and provides agricultural resources, education, and information to rural and urban residents.

IFB donated over $500,000, 10 million pounds of food, and 4,000 volunteer hours to local food banks, and awarded over $80,000 in scholarships to college students.

Designates April 6, 2016 as Illinois Farm Bureau Day to celebrate IFB's leadership on agricultural policy at local, state, and national levels.

Directs distribution of resolution copies to the Illinois Farm Bureau and all county farm bureaus.
