Recognizes significant numbers of legal permanent resident veterans from World War II, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan who were deported after struggling with reintegration and criminal convictions.

Notes that many deported veterans now live in Mexico in poor conditions and have requested assistance returning to the United States to reunite with their families and U.S. citizen children.

States that the nation owes these veterans adequate support and rehabilitation equal to that provided to veterans with full citizenship.

Urges the United States Congress and President to return these deported veterans to their families and communities in the United States.

Directs that copies of the resolution be delivered to members of the Illinois congressional delegation and the President.
