Illinois Senate expresses condolences on the death of Louis J. "Lou" Gnadt III, who passed away on July 20, 2016

Gnadt was born August 29, 1949 in Chicago and was a member of the first graduating class from Stevenson High School

Served as volunteer firefighter with the Vernon Fire Protection District for 31 years, advancing to the rank of Captain before retiring in 1998

Survived by his wife Deb Gammon, brothers Allen and Dave Gnadt, and multiple nieces, nephews, and godchildren

Senate directs presentation of a suitable copy of this resolution to Gnadt's family as an expression of sympathy
